One thing I don't understand is why I can't use the uploaded picture/.jpg files that i've uploaded to my personal attachments. How do you access those? Or can you?

just go down to where it says manage attachments below the "message" entry field and click manage attachments and it will allow you to upload attachments from your pc. I think there's like a 20 kb limit so any picture you upload has to be saved as web format. I just use adobe photoshop (thanks to sydeburnz) and "save for web" under the file tab.
