the live industrial duo - MICRODOT - which will be the opening act at Hypnotiq Subsoniq, has been together for 1-1/2 years. they use a mixture of danceable electronic rhythm, with a harder, darker edge, produced with drum machines, synths and a guitar to create a neo-retro sound which is totally pounding and edgy, but also dips into smooth valleys and lush textures.

this is a style that hasn\'t been getting much play in the electronic music party scene lately, but is just as valid and exciting as the other styles we hear constantly. plus they are a live act, playing original tracks.

Shagee

Shagee is a mad magician with the Technics and Pioneer600. His intense driving goa and psy-trance is made even more bizarre and twisted when combined with his use of the Pioneer\'s effects and his physical displays of dementia.

At Hypnotiq Subsoniq, he will be bringing out some of his darkest German Goa.
