Boy George back in UK after drugs arrest
Star charged after cocaine found at New York home

Boy George has returned to the UK after being arrested on drugs charges in New York on October 7.

The former Culture Club frontman was charged with possession of drugs in America, and could face up to 15 years in prison if found guilty.

The arrest came after George called police to his New York apartment to report a burglary and officers found drugs next to a computer in the premises.

However the singer's lawyer Lou Freeman denied the drugs belong to the frontman, telling the New York Post "He doesn't know where it came from. He's had a lot of people in his house."

George himself refused to comment when he landed at Heathrow Airport yesterday (October 9).

"I am not speaking to anybody about it," he told reporters, according to BBC News. "Don't ask me any questions because you aren't going to get any answers."

It is alleged that over 3.5g of cocaine was found in George's apartment. He is scheduled to return to court on December 19.

Boy George does drugs? What a surprise! What a dumbass he invites cops in and forgot 2 hide his drugs.....
