Setting of the Sun 5/3/03

I dont know if anyone posted anything about this at yet. but does anyone know if setting of the sun this saturday 5/3/03 is going to be an all ages party or is there an age restriction. The flyer and info line does not specify. I have been to previous parties in STL before that never said 18+ and there was an age restriction. thanks.
