just a bit ago, my sister and I were going to the grocery store and she almost hit a dog! :( I'm glad there was no oncoming traffic!

I swerved a deer once and I hit a tree and totaled my car. It turned out to be a good thing because I was wanting out of that car anyway.

Had the exact same thing happen once, minus wanting out of the car.

It turned out very well because insurance gave me $5500 and I bought the same make and model of car, same year, with better options, for $3500.

I can't get comp/collision coverage now, but that's fine by me. The second car above just blew its engine, so I'm driving a $400 p.o.s. until I can get some dough raised, or until it dies (I'd wager on the second, my job pays shit).
