Anyone is able to enter the contest by going to the downloads section and putting up a link and description of a remix that is hosted on your own site. Put up a URL of your link for people to listen to and vote.
Registered members of the site should visit the downloads sections and check out the remixes and vote for them! You can also make comments if you'd like.
