work your ass off in this heat, lift some weights in the evening, eat fruit, drink nothing but water and juices and stay away from fast food.

i\'ve been doing most of this for the last 5 months and i\'ve lost at least 20 lbs of fat and turned it into muscle...i\'m not sculpted by any means, but i\'ve noticed a huge difference...stay away from soda (the drink, not the dj), fatty foods and do physical activities outdoors as long as possible...

At the beggining of the summer i weighed 260 and now i weigh 230 I would eat a pop tart in the morning and for lunch a smal chicken breast NO BREAD and some vegetables then for dinner i would have a huge ass chicken ceaser salad and i would lift weights and run about 1 hour each day. I know 230 sounds big but when you are \'6 4\" it kind of evens out.

I am on the atkins diet/no carb diet and a couple others on this board are as well

I have lost 7 pounds and it really hasn\'t been that bad

main things you need to cut out: bread, pasta, sugar, soda, potatoes, and corn, pizza

you can have as much meat as you want plus salads with dressing, i found that kraft bacon ranch dressing only has one carb per serving and its good as hell

the actual diet calls for u to be more strict than that with the first phase but it guarantees a ten pound loss, i think?!?! I haven\'t been real anal about it and like I said I have still lost 7 pounds

anyway thats my suggestion, and if you don\'t want to do that try excercising :D

atkins here too.....well mostly. your body naturally burns carbs first, so if you cut the carbs, the only thing left to burn is fat. after about 6 to 8 weeks of atkins (not religiously, have cheated here and there) and working out 3 times a week, im down almost 30 lbs. ive heard negative things about atkins, too much cholestrol, fatty foods.....but if you ween off to a healthy diet afterwords, im sure its not all that bad.

my 2 pounds....i mean cents

You know I bet if you cut your leg off Ian you\'d loose some weight. It\'s not like you can dance or anything so why not hack it off?

I go with the Atkins plan plus I work out between 5 and 7 times a week. I have a hard time losing weight so I go to the extreme such as hour and a half work outs plus no carbs......lost 10 pounds so far and I cheat sometimes to make Andrew happy so we can have a date and go out to eat together :D Basically working out is the answer unless you are me and it is sooooo hard to lose :(

This is Mr. Askins on the Atkins.... 19 lbs in 6 weeks. This diet err... lifestyle.... is the shiznit. But the first three weeks are absolute hell. You want to go swimming in mashed potatoes, do lines of bread, and you crave french fries and ketchup like none other. After you get over the hump though... it gets pretty easy. And the pounds FLY off you. I\'m sure burnz will back me up on that one.

Thank you so so much...and Brandon...i can dance..but i might try cutting off my leg...if you promise it will help well...I guess that the Atkins diet doesn\'t sound half bad....so i am going to give it a shot...but if i crave a line of bread...i will be the first to say something.
