I was so dissappointed in this show! No openers for this act. They started at 8:30, and guess what the first song they played was...you got it. Days go by. Ok whatever, you want to play your one hit first, sure. Followed up by several uplifting tribal mixes, a MJ Billy Jean remix, and a No Doubt remix.
There was a drum set and some bongos with a little bit of live percussion. This was just OK. Then low and behold a slow acappella of Days Go By. I was sure they were going to drop a beat into this guy singing....but no. He just stops, they hit start on the tables and low and behold what song to they play again.....Days Go By! *what is going on here?*
By this point...I'm apalled as to the lack of creativity for this show. They only played for an hour...only an hour! Their hit song 3 times in an hour. Way to go guys. Not to mention they let a few audience members up to dance on stage, bumping the table causing them to skip horribly. Then they ran immediately out of the club like they would get mauled like the Backstreet Boys. Yeah right. Then another DJ hopped on his CD players, only for the 2nd song in his mix to be what else.....DAYS GO BY! I turned to my roommate and said let's get the **** outta here.
I saw several other people I knew in there...I won't speak for them..but I'm sure they felt the same about this show as I did. Luckily I didn't haven't to pay for this show, and if I did it was only 5 bucks, but I still expected a little more.
Ditry Vegas...don't mean to hate..but needed some work.
Anyone else show up? Curious to hear others' opinions.
