Ralphie was actually educated. While he was annoying, he actually did present good arguments that had some merit. However, in his presentations he also resorted to name calling, threats and other words that users found to be just wrong. It finally peaked when he threatened the site with a Denial of Service attack. That's when the ban was permanently placed on him.

SphereX on the other hand is just stupid. If I could ban all the stupid people on the planet from breeding, the world would seem much better off, but it would also be wrong.

you're right, but we're not talking about forced sterilizations. this is a privately owned message board, there's no moral or legal obligations to people who want to post here. you don't have to just let someone post because it's really not wrong to ban them for whatever reason....

no, but it's the right way to do things. private or not, there's a certain level of douchiness that's accepted before someone is banned from the board. ultimately, burnz has final say, but the mods can do it as well following the guidelines that burnz has laid out.

ive worked long and hard to develop a balance over this forum in particular.

in fact, i joined this forum mainly because i had heard alot of "haters" posted here, and that if i was doing anything music related in kansas city, it would be under fire by many individuals that post here.
