Opinions are like assholes. Everybody has one and most of them stink.

i guess if you like ultra-generic commercial shit dnb you might like the new pendulum...
i just did not like it cuz it sounds like the same shit that was circulating around the time that drum and bass was falling off...
theres waaay better stuff to listen to in dnb, especially now... i wouldnt be surprised to hear new pendulum on 93.3 honestly...

Lol, ulta-generic commercial dnb doesn't exists in the US, at least not in KC. Any artist that can take an underground genre and bring it to the masses, exposing said genre in a new light to make it more popular, deserves tons of credit. The masses might then want to learn more about the genre and start exploring different sounds within that genre, especially closer to home.
The Midwest, especially KC, needs some underground EDM sounds back in the spotlight to give some life back into a scene that is rapidly disappearing. The majority of people who listen to any real sounds in EDM were first turned onto it by something commercial or on top 40 radio. As a scene we need that exposure to ensure that we can continue to thrive in the future.
Unfortunately though I don't think a single radio station in KC will even listen to anything from Pendulum more then once, much less consider it for air play.
