Elite Productions is a new production company with the goal of hosting extravagent private events in Kansas City. The goal is to bring "big city class" to downtown KC. The first of many private parties produced will be rightly named
"Le Parti Privee"
Details are as follows:
Date: November 2nd, 2002
Time: 8-1:30
Location: The Hollywood Room located directly across the street from the Hereford House. This venue holds a 155 person occupancy. You will find an entire glass front looking into the city. Red carpets follow you everywhere you go. Each room and hallway is equipped with
lazers and/or lighting. Murals on the walls depict people dancing. Black velvet covered doors. The DJ booth is raised in the middle of the room, overlooking the crowd from every direction. 55-gallon fish tanks in the restrooms. 10 foot projection screens. Ice sculptures decorate the room. This is a classy, swanky room not to be missed.
What: We will be offering complimentary food catered by the Herford House. There will be complimentary beer provided by Elite Productions. There will be complimentary valet as well provided by Elite Productions. There will be a cash bar for those who would
like cocktails.
How: This will be an invitation only party. Each invitation will be
in an envelope describing the details of the party, accompanied by
two tickets. NO ONE without one of these tickets will be allowed to enter. The charge at the door will be $30, a small fee for free food/beer/valet, a luxurious venue, and fabulous music. 400 invitations will go out, so plan on arriving early to avoid "1 in 1 out" situations. Preflyers are in circulation. Invitations will go out on October 1st.
Music: You will find several of KC's finest DJ's (TBA) offering the background music for this event. This is NOT a "rave". The focus of this party is to enjoy the company of Kansas City's finest people
and musicians. But not to worry there is more than enough room for
people to dance and have a great time.
Extras:
- The official afterparty will be at the Empire Room.
- Discounted Limo services will be provided for those who choose to
arrive in style to this event.
