People need to be able to announce events on buliten boards b/c that is where people look first. You should at least make a PARTY INFO folder where roll calls and exclimations of excitement can be given under the OFFICAL post announcing the event.

"press releases" need to be read by the casual reader and have there eyes caught by the heading, not just on a calender where they are looking for a specific dates events.
